Stéphane Bleuer-Elsner

After many years working as a general practitioner in France, Dr. Stéphane Bleuer-Elsner pursued advanced training in behavioral medicine and is now completing his European specialization. In 2011, he relocated to Israel, where he currently practices veterinary psychiatry exclusively in Tel Aviv.

He is a speaker in France, Israel, and at international conferences, and has published several research papers in the field.

Specialist in Behavioral Medicine – Diplomate of the ECAWBM-BM
